IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO NON É APPLICABILE SU CHI FORNISCE LA PARTITA IVA.
4.1 Ai sensi del D. Lgsl. 206/2005, se il Cliente è un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto indicando nella mail di risposta all'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA), ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto.
Il Cliente non consumatore, ditta o professionista, che acquista per scopi professionali ovvero indicando nella nella richiesta d'acquisto un riferimento di partita iva, gode esclusivamente della garanzia legale del produttore (12 mesi dalla consegna).
Il Cliente CONSUMATORE ha il diritto alla restituzione e rimborso totale se la restituzione avviene entro 15 giorni dalla data di ricevimento (fa fede il timbro o documento di spedizione) ed una volta effettuate le verifiche di integrità dell'articolo. Il rimborso in caso di verifica positiva avverrà entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento dell'articolo , sono escluse dal rimborso le spese di spedizione sostenute dal Cliente.
Dovranno essere fornite insieme all'articolo (all interno del pacco spedito) i dati del Cliente con riferimenti di contatto per procedere al rimborso
- La macchina deve essere restituita come impacchettata all’origine, con l’imballaggio originale e tutte le componenti originali
- Deve essere inclusa la ricevuta originale
- Deve essere inclusa una lettera o una nota sul motivo per il quale chiedete il reso.
- Devono essere inclusi la vostra email e il vostro numero di telefono
- In caso di riparazione o restituzione, specificare "riparazione" o "restituzione" nei documenti di spedizione.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE ON THOSE WHO PROVIDE THE VAT NUMBER.
4.1 Pursuant to D. Lgsl. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order response email a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
The non-consumer customer, company or professional, who buys for professional purposes or by indicating in the purchase request a VAT number reference, enjoys only the legal warranty of the manufacturer (12 months from delivery).
The Customer has the right to a full return and refund if the return is made within 15 days from the date of receipt (the
postmark or shipping document) and once the verification of the integrity of the item has been carried out. The refund in case of positive verification will take place within 30 days of receipt of the item , shipping costs incurred by the Customer are excluded from the refund.
Shall be provided with the article (inside the package shipped) the data of the Customer with contact references to proceed with the refund
- The machine must be returned as originally packed, with the original packaging and all original components
- The original receipt must be included
- A letter or note about why you are requesting the return must be included.
- Your email and phone number must be included
- In case of repair or return, specify "repair" or "return" in the shipping documents.
